This policy outlines our billing procedures, cancellation terms, and refund guidelines for payments processed through Paddle, PayPal, Google and Apple. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Billing & Payment Methods  Squaura offers flexible payment options through multiple platforms:

  • Paddle: Used for managing subscriptions and handling taxes in compliance with global regulations.
  • PayPal: Available for users who prefer a secure third-party payment service.
  • Google Pay & Apple Pay: For fast and seamless payments on supported devices.

    2.1 Subscription Charges  

  • All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • The subscription fee is automatically charged to your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Taxes, where applicable, will be included based on your location and the requirements of the payment processor.

    2.2 Failed Payments

  • If a payment attempt fails, you will receive a notification and multiple retry attempts may occur.
  • Failure to resolve payment issues may result in temporary service halt or cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

    3.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing cycle.

    3.2 Automatic Cancellation by Squaura

  • If repeated payment failures occur, your subscription may be automatically canceled.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service may also lead to immediate termination.

4. Refund Policy

    4.1 Eligibility for RefundsRefunds are granted only in the following situations:

  • A technical issue on our end prevented service access (must be verifiable).
  • Accidental duplicate charges.
  • Billing errors caused by our system.
  • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU consumer protection laws).

    4.2 Non-Refundable CasesRefunds will not be issued for:

  • Unused subscription time after user-initiated cancellation.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service after significant usage.
  • Purchases made through Apple or Google (users must request refunds directly from those platforms per their policies).
